Our Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for cancellations. Refund requests must be submitted via our official contact channels with the booking ID or invoice number.
2. Returns
Since Virtual RealTour primarily provides digital tours and online bookings, returns are generally not applicable. In case of service errors or booking mistakes, contact our support team for resolution.
3. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for bookings canceled after the event date or due to user errors, no-shows, or change of mind after the 7-day period.
